Article 1: general provisions
The e-commerce website of LS Fashion, with registered office at Lippenslaan 168, 8300 Knokke-Heist, BE0521.973.727, offers its customers the possibility to purchase products from its online store.
These general terms and conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions") apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce site (the "Customer"). When placing an order via LS Fashion's online store, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby accepting the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Additional conditions of the customer are excluded, unless they have been previously, in writing and expressly accepted by LS Fashion.
Article 2: Prices
All indicated prices are in Euros and always include VAT and all other taxes or duties to be paid by the customer.
If delivery, reservation or administration costs are charged, they will be indicated separately.
The indicated price refers exclusively to the articles as described in the text. Accompanying photos are for decorative purposes only and may contain elements not included in the price.
Article 3: Offers
The online catalog and the e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, but it is possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up to date. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding for LS Fashion. LS Fashion Kids is only bound by an obligation of means with regard to the correctness and completeness of the offered information. LS Fashion Kids cannot be held responsible for obvious material errors, printing errors or typing mistakes.
If the customer has specific questions regarding, for example, sizes, colors, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we ask him/her to contact our customer service department in advance by e-mail [email protected] or by telephone 050 51 15 08.
The offer is always valid while stocks last and can be modified or withdrawn by LS Fashion at any time. LS Fashion cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.
Article 4: online purchases
If you want to buy the product, you can place it in your shopping cart. At the top right of the online store, you always see your cart and an overview of the items you have added. In the shopping cart, you can choose to proceed to checkout. If you are a new customer, you can enter all your details and choose your own password. This is not mandatory, but we highly recommend it. This way, you won't have to re-enter everything the next time you make a purchase. We promise not to share this information with third parties. If you are already a customer, just enter your login and password.
Ordering by phone
Ordering via the website is always the easiest way. We assure you of a safe and reliable internet environment and payment platform. However, if you do not feel comfortable with this environment, you can also place your order by phone at 050 60 90 02.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If there is an error in our storage system, you will be informed of this no later than the next working day. Product and price information, as well as detailed information about the orders are prepared and communicated subject to changes and corrections.
The customer has the choice between the following payment methods:

LS Fashion has the right to refuse an order due to a serious breach of duty by the customer concerning the orders concerning him.
Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement
LS Fashion always strives to prepare your package for shipment within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. Depending on the shipping method, the package may take up to 3 to 4 business days maximum to be delivered to your home.
There is no shipping charge for personal delivery or store pickup.
Please note that this is only possible during business hours.
Free shipping for Belgium from 100€. If your order is less than 100€, you always pay a fixed amount of 5€ for shipping in Belgium. The package is delivered to your home with BPost. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notification in the mailbox and you can pick up the package at the post office. Of course, if you wish, you can always indicate your business address or the address of a neighbor or friend when ordering under the heading "delivery address".
In the Netherlands, France and Germany:
Free delivery from 115€. If your order is less than 115€, you still pay a fixed shipping cost of 7€ for the Netherlands and France and 7€ for Germany.
Items ordered through this online store are delivered to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.
Delivery is made by Bpost or by personal pickup in the store. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, goods are delivered to the Customer's place of residence within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Any visible damage and/or quality defect of an item or any other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported by the Customer to LS Fashion without delay.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the side as soon as the side (or a third party designated by the side, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is already transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the customer to transport the goods and this choice has not been offered by LS Fashion.
Article 6: Reservation of ownership
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of LS Fashion until full payment has been made by the customer.
The customer undertakes, if necessary, to point out LS Fashion's reservation of ownership to third parties, for example to any person who comes to seize articles that have not yet been paid for in full.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to customers who purchase articles online from LS Fashion in their capacity as consumers.
If the right of withdrawal applies:
The customer has the right to revoke the contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the item.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform LS Fashion, Lippenslaan 168, 8300 Knokke-Heist, [email protected], 050 60 90 02 of its decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing, by post, by fax or by e-mail). The customer may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose but is not obliged to do so.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to LS Fashion, Lippenslaan 180, 8300 Knokke-Heist, without delay, but in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after the date of day on which he communicates his decision to revoke the contract to LS Fashion. The customer is in due time if he returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-calendar day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.
If the value of the returned product is reduced in any way, LS Fashion reserves the right to hold the customer responsible and to claim compensation for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the customer's use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Only items in their original packaging, with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase may be taken back.
If the customer revokes the contract, LS Fashion will refund all payments received from the customer up to that point, except for standard delivery charges, to the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after LS Fashion has been informed of the customer's decision to revoke the contract. For sales contracts, LS Fashion can wait to refund until it has received all the goods back, or until the customer has proven that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Additional charges resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by LS Fashion will not be refunded.
LS Fashion will refund the customer using the same payment method with which the customer made the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the customer will not be charged for such refunds.
Article 8: Guarantee
In accordance with the law of 21 September 2004 on consumer protection in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.
Keep the original packaging of the goods.
For items purchased online and delivered to the customer's home, the customer must contact LS Fashion Customer Service and return the item to LS Fashion Kids at their own expense.
If a defect is found, the customer must inform LS Fashion as soon as possible. In any event, any defect must be reported by the customer within 2 months of its detection. Thereafter, any right to repair or replacement shall lapse.
The warranty (commercial and/or legal) never applies to defects resulting from accidents, negligence, falls, use of the article contrary to the intended purpose, etc.
The Customer shall not be liable for defects in the product if the product has been used for the purpose for which it was intended, if the instructions for use or the manual have not been followed, if the product has been adjusted or modified, if it has been used intensively, if it has not been properly maintained or if it has been used in any other way that is abnormal or incorrect.
Defects that appear after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase or delivery, as the case may be, are deemed not to be hidden defects, subject to proof to the contrary by the Customer.
Article 9: Customer service

Article 10: Penalties for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights of LS Fashion, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the Customer shall owe, by operation of law and without notice of default, interest of 10% per annum on the unpaid amount. In addition, the Customer shall be liable, ipso jure and without notice of default, to pay a fixed penalty of 10% of the amount in question, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.
Without prejudice to the above, LS Fashion reserves the right to take back articles that have not been paid for (in full).
Article 11: Privacy
The controller, LS Fashion, complies with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.
The personal data you provide will only be used for the following purposes: the execution of the concluded contract, the processing of the order, the sending of newsletters, advertising and/or marketing.
You have a legal right to inspect and, if necessary, correct your personal data. Subject to proof of identity (copy of identity card), you can obtain written communication of your personal data free of charge by sending a written, dated and signed request to LS Fashion, Lippenslaan 168, 8300 Knokke-Heist, [email protected]. If necessary, you can also request the correction of any data that may be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.
In case of use of data for direct marketing purposes: you can object free of charge to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes. To do so, you can always contact LS Fashion, Lippenslaan 168, 8300 Knokke-Heist, [email protected].
We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties.
Customers are themselves responsible for the confidentiality of their login data and the use of their password. Your password is stored encrypted, so LS Fashion has no access to your password.
LS Fashion keeps online (anonymous) statistics on visitors in order to see which pages of the website are visited and to what extent.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or void, it shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The fact that LS Fashion fails at any time to assert any of the rights listed in these conditions, or to exercise any of these rights, will never be considered a waiver of this provision and will never affect the validity of these rights.
Article 14: Modification of the conditions
The present conditions are supplemented by other conditions to which reference is explicitly made, as well as by the general sales conditions of LS Fashion. In case of contradiction, the present conditions prevail.
Article 15: Proof
The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can be used as proof.
LS Fashion has subscribed to the regulations of the UNIZO e-commerce label. A copy of this regulation and access to the UNIZO complaint procedure are available on http://www.unizo.be/ecommercelabel/.
Article 16: Applicable law - disputes
Belgian law is applicable, with the exception of the provisions of private international law on applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence are competent. The consumer can also turn to the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
